Note on Service Data Ownership: We process Service Data strictly on behalf of our clients (e.g., the hotel, restaurant, or bank). Our client remains the Controller of this data, and we act only as the Processor under a contractual agreement.

  • To monitor the performance, stability, and security of our AI Agents and automation platforms.

  • To train and refine our Custom Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the AI Agents for your specific business.
  • To diagnose and fix technical issues within our platform.

For Marketing and Communications

  • To send you information about our services, promotions, or news, provided you have given us consent to do so.

Our core service involves custom training of AI models. When we use Service Data for AI training, we adhere to the following principles:

Confidentiality: Service Data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and security as defined in our service contract with you.

Customization: Training data is used primarily to make the AI Agent better at serving your specific customers and executing your business processes.

Anonymization: Wherever feasible, we use anonymized or aggregated data for general model improvements to ensure no personally identifiable information is used outside the scope of your specific service agreement.
